Video game pitch bible
Iron heart: Priests of the metal is an open-world RPG aimed at 18+ being open world the player has almost complete freedom within the game, making it more complex with their actions impacting the way the world develops adds a unique spin that may appeal more to strategy gamers. With the addition of the main threat/ quest line the players have an incentive to continue exploring and building their world.
The addition of pets, alchemy, blacksmiths, academics/ researchers for diseases and other issues add more layers to the world making it feel ‘real’ to the players.
It is aiming to be a place you can get lost in, spending hours exploring a region with friends and interacting with the NPCs.
Enviroment
Starting this project from the literal ground up, I first looked at the alien planet the game would take place on.
For this project I needed a solid foundation to build off and a visual language to tie everything together. Most of this development was done for the Player character’s home town as it is where a decent portion of early game will be spent.
