Commission Terms Of Service:
By commissioning me you are agreeing to my terms of service as listed below.
Commission process: Enquiry → cost & TOS agreement → payment → production → delivery
Production process: rough sketch → requested changes → rough colors → confirmation → final productionTerms for Service:
◈ Commissions are a first come first serve.
◈ I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason. ◈ If you need a commission done by a certain date it’s an additional 25% payment/ rush fee. This must be mentioned prior to payment. ◈ Commissions are 100% payment upfront. ◈ 20% of this payment is non-refundable & will cover the time spent on the project before cancellation. ◈ Price’s depend on current skill level, time the piece will take & demand, as such they are subject to change. ◈ Do not send payment before confirmation your slot is secure & I have requested it. ◈ There is no physical product involved. if you wish to print your piece I can alter the file to suit the dimensions & print requirements. ◈ Time for commission completion will vary, it can take between 2 weeks – 3 months depending on current work load and health. Feel free to message for updates during this time. ◈ If something needs changing in the final image that has been pre-approved, there will be an additional fee subject to the scale of said change. ◈ mistakes or misunderstandings on my part will not result in any additional fee to fix.When you order:
◈ I can work from a description or references, please make sure any images supplied are clear.
◈ Initial sketches/draft will be very rough and are used to give you an idea of where things will be in the artwork.
◈ Once you are happy with composition there will be a slightly tidier sketch & rough color where you can alter details before final rendering. ◈ I can send you very rough sketches of possible compositions & price ranges if you are undecided. ◈ Once the piece is finished you will receive a high quality file in the form of a zipped folder. ◈ All artworks will have my signature/watermark, this should not be removed under any circumstances. ◈ Rough drafts will also have watermarks to prevent AI generation based on the sketch.copyright & usage:
I, Ceridwyn (the artist):
◈ will never use AI at any stage in the production of the art pieces. ◈ will not participate in the creating or selling of NFTs (non-fungible token). ◈ will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork. ◈ retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork. ◈ will not profit further from the commissioned artwork. ◈ I reserve all rights to publish the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio or any future art books. ◈ will always credit the characters present in the artwork to the person who owns them. You (the customer/commissioner): ◈ may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channel. ◈ may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist’s) consent. ◈ may NOT make profit form the commissioned piece. (re-sale, redistribution, uploading to POD services, make prints, etc.) ◈ you MAY re-sell the artwork if it’s part of an adoptable but only with prior discussion & agreements from myself (the artist). ◈ you retain the rights to the intellectual property. (IP) ◈ if you wish to use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes it should be discussed prior to placing the commission. The following is considered copyright infringement: ◈ Reproduction of the commissioned artwork. ◈ Using the copywrite artwork commercially without prior consent. ◈ Claiming the artwork as your own. ◈ Altering the artwork in any way without explicit consent from the artist. ◈ In some cases commercial rights to the artwork may be purchased.-

A flat colour, tidy sketch character sheet. includes: front + back view, colour palette, detail call outs/ closeups (clothing, accessories, tattoos etc.), and eye close-ups.
expressions, bio or full turnaround can be added upon request. -
Creature sheet N/A
Note: this is not for pre-made creatures, this is to make your own species. Includes: 2 full body views, anatomy breakdown, diet breakdown, call outs for detailed/important elements, environment notes, and one growth stage (kitten - cat). Can work from mood boards, pre-existing world building projects, specialisations (cart-pulling, baggage, etc.) or animal class.
